How it works

No lectures, no theory you forget. Every lesson follows the same rhythm: watch, repeat, check. And you always know what to work on next time.

Beginner’s guide

  1. Watch

    The move filmed from the front, from the side, in slow motion. Adam first shows the mistake you make without noticing, then what fixes it. You can replay the movement as often as you need before moving on to practice.

  2. Practise

    A short drill to do on your own at any table: at home, at the office or at the bar down the street. With the sheet in front of you, even offline.

  3. Check

    At the end of each lesson, a short quiz with its answers. Not a grade: a way to know what you have mastered and what deserves a second pass.

What players ask us
before joining.

Do I need to know how to play already?

No. You don't need any prior experience: the path starts with your first touches and builds gradually towards match tactics.

Is there a minimum age?

No minimum age is stated on this page. If you're registering a minor, contact us so we can confirm the right arrangements.

How much time do I need each week?

Follow the videos and exercises at your own pace. You can resume your progress from your member area.

Which devices can I use?

The platform is designed for phones, tablets and computers. You can register up to two devices, with one video playing at a time.

Is there a renewal?

No: new offers are one-time purchases. Any legacy subscriptions retain their own terms. Withdrawal rights and statutory guarantees are described in the terms of sale.

How is this different from coaching?

Online training is a self-paced programme. Coaching is available on enquiry and focuses on your game and your goals.

Will more content be added?

Available content depends on your plan and the modules published. Check your member area for the lessons currently available.
