Terms and conditions of sale

1. Scope and application

These terms and conditions govern remote orders placed with AT FOOSBALL ACADEMY, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS), registered under RCS Nantes 107 562 738, whose registered office is at 61 avenue de la Cholière, 44700 Orvault, France, by a consumer or, for an affiliation, by an organisation (club, association, venue, campus or company).

New digital training purchases are offered to customers whose billing address is in metropolitan France, including Corsica; an organisation's affiliation is invoiced to an address in France. The site remains viewable from other countries; no restriction is based on nationality or the card's issuing country. Duo, team or club coaching and offers for companies, campuses, partners or event organisers are subject to a quotation and specific terms.

Where the buyer is an organisation acting for the purposes of its activity, provisions reserved to consumers, including the right of withdrawal, apply only where the law so provides.

2. Services offered

Essential features, recommended levels, included content, lasting access, technical compatibility and prices including tax are presented before each order. Modules can be used independently.

• Digital training: personal purchase of an independent module (Foundation, Development, Performance or Élite) or the four-module pack, at the standard price or, with proof of studies, at the student price, with lasting access to included content and updates, subject to statutory rights and account security.
• AT Leagues membership and affiliation: a player's individual membership, or an organisation's affiliation to its League, giving access for one year to the AT Leagues services of the chosen plan. The year starts when payment is confirmed and ends on its anniversary date, with no automatic renewal.
• Coaching: an individual session with the Academy's coach, online by video call (minimum 1 hour) or in person (minimum 2 hours), on a published slot and for the length shown before payment. The venue of an in-person session is agreed between the coach and the player; no travel fee is charged.

Pages about events, championships, partners or future products do not constitute an offer for sale unless a price, features and an ordering process are expressly provided.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros including 20% VAT: Foundation €45, Development €85, Performance €150, Élite €199, Pack complet €379. The quote confirms the applicable price, best verified non-stacking discount and deduction of eligible earlier purchases at the actual paid amount, excluding refunds. No unannounced extra charges apply.

Discounts on modules and the full pack, excluding the student full pack: 15% for holders of a current AT Leagues membership that has not been refunded, even in part, and for the manager of an organisation whose current AT Leagues affiliation has not been refunded, even in part; with a referrer’s personal code, 10% off a module and 5% off the full pack, for a first training purchase only. A code is only valid if its holder has a paid training purchase that has not been refunded, even in part, or disputed, or a current AT Leagues membership that has not been refunded, even in part; it cannot be used for one’s own account. Referral is reserved for a person other than the code holder, on their first training purchase; abuse, in particular one person using several accounts, may lead to the discount being refused or cancelled. Only the most favourable discount applies, with no stacking. Entitlements are checked when quoting and again before payment is captured: if the discount no longer applies at that point, the order is refused without any charge, the card authorisation is cancelled and the customer may order again at the applicable price.

Student full pack: €189 including VAT, with the same content and rights as the full pack, reserved for buyers aged 24 or under on the purchase date. Eligibility is checked before purchase: from their account, the buyer uploads proof of current studies (student card or certificate of enrolment) and enters their date of birth; an administrator approves the request or declines it with a reason. Payment is only possible after approval and if the age requirement is met on the purchase date. This price cannot be combined with any other discount; eligible earlier purchases are deducted as for the full pack. The proof is only accessible to authorised administrators and is deleted as soon as a decision is made; only the decision, its date and the declared date of birth are kept to justify the price applied.

Price changes do not alter a paid purchase. Legacy subscriptions retain their contractual pricing and renewal terms without automatic conversion into a purchase.

AT Leagues memberships, for one year, including VAT: Child Academic Membership €42, Young Academic Membership €48, Adult Academic Membership €72, Leisure Academic Membership €90, Competition Academic Membership €144. Organisation affiliations, for one year, including VAT: Affiliation Players League €190, Affiliation University League €240, Affiliation Bar League €540, Affiliation Corporate League €588. Each plan is paid in a single payment; no instalments or renewal are offered.

Individual coaching, per hour including VAT: €45 online, €50 in person. A discount is applied when booking after your entitlements are checked: 10% with a current AT Leagues membership, 15% with a current membership and the full training pack, at the standard or student price, purchased and not refunded. Only the most favourable discount applies, with no stacking. The summary shows the reference price, the discount and the amount payable including VAT, fixed for the booking.

4. Ordering and formation of the contract

1. The customer chooses a module, the pack, an annual membership or affiliation, or a coaching slot; none of these offers renews automatically.
2. They review and can correct the order summary.
3. They read and expressly accept these terms.
4. They confirm using a button that clearly states the obligation to pay.
5. After payment is confirmed, a dated contractual confirmation and the withdrawal form are sent to the account's verified email on a durable medium. A copy can be requested from the seller.

For a training purchase, the contract is formed when payment is accepted and actually captured after the stated checks. A bank authorisation alone is neither collection of funds nor access entitlement. AT FOOSBALL ACADEMY may refuse an order for a legitimate reason, including an address outside the sales area, suspected fraud or failed payment.

For a membership or affiliation, the contract is formed when Stripe confirms the payment. For a coaching session, the slot is held during payment; the contract is formed when the authorised payment is captured while the slot is still held. Otherwise, the authorisation is cancelled with no charge.

The contractual language is French. The contract is retained for as long as needed to perform it and evidence the parties' rights; orders of at least €120 are kept for ten years from delivery or performance. The customer may request a copy from contact@at-foosball.fr.

5. Payment and invoicing

Stripe processes the one-time card payment using the offered methods. AT FOOSBALL ACADEMY does not receive full card details. A temporary bank authorisation may appear while the billing address is checked. An absent address or an address outside metropolitan France causes the order to be refused without collecting funds; the time to release the authorisation depends on the bank. Purchases cause no renewal charge.

Purchase access opens only after secure confirmation that funds were captured. A single Stripe invoice is issued afterwards and made available electronically; the card receipt is not a second invoice. Refunds and disputes are handled separately, with statutory rights preserved.

Memberships, affiliations and coaching sessions follow the same rule: a single card payment and a single invoice including VAT, issued after capture, stating the 20% VAT included in the price and available in your account (My subscriptions, My affiliation or My coaching).

6. Access to and delivery of the service

Training access opens after payment is confirmed, subject to any stated technical lead time. It requires a personal account, internet connection and current browser. Login details may not be shared or transferred.

A coaching session is delivered at the confirmed time and under the confirmed arrangements: video link or agreed venue, shown only to the player in My coaching. Up to 24 hours before the start, the player can cancel online with a 100% refund or move the session free of charge to another published slot. After that, no online cancellation or move is offered: a request sent to the team is reviewed case by case, with no automatic penalty and without prejudice to statutory consumer rights. If AT Foosball Academy cancels a session, the amount paid is refunded in full.

Membership or affiliation entitlements open when payment is confirmed, for one year. An organisation’s affiliation is then validated by AT Foosball Academy. At expiry, entitlements end with no charge; a new subscription remains possible. A full refund ends the entitlements for the year concerned.

7. Lasting access and legacy subscriptions

New purchases have no automatic renewal and do not require another module purchase. For legacy subscriptions only, including a membership or affiliation taken out as a subscription, cancellation stops future renewals according to the contract; access remains until the paid period ends. Progress and separate purchase rights are preserved. For questions, contact contact@at-foosball.fr.

A refund or dispute affecting a purchase may suspend rights funded by that purchase, including a deduction used for a pack, without erasing progress or other independent purchases. These rules do not limit statutory guarantees or mandatory consumer rights.

8. Right of withdrawal

For a training purchase, the “Withdraw from this purchase” button is available after purchase in My profile → My purchases, with confirmation and a downloadable receipt.

Your request will be recorded for human review, with no automatic refund or access removal. You can download its receipt; an acknowledgement will also be sent through your chosen channel.

Consumers generally have fourteen days from the date of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. They may use the form at the end of this page or send any unambiguous statement to contact@at-foosball.fr.

New training purchases preserve the 14-day withdrawal period, including when the customer has started viewing content. No waiver is requested. A request can be submitted from the profile or by any unambiguous statement and is acknowledged on a durable medium. Recording a request does not automatically issue a refund, and no additional commercial money-back guarantee is offered. Refunds legally due remain mandatory.

A leisure service scheduled for a specific date or period may fall within a statutory exception. If a coaching session is affected, this will be made clear before purchase. Otherwise, the right of withdrawal remains available.

Where a refund is due, it will be made no later than fourteen days after receipt of the withdrawal decision, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed and at no charge.

The 14-day period also applies to a player's membership and to a coaching session bought online, with no waiver requested; the option to cancel the session up to 24 hours before it starts applies in addition. An affiliation taken out by an organisation for its activity does not carry this right, unless the law provides otherwise.

9. Statutory conformity warranty

10. Availability and liability

AT FOOSBALL ACADEMY takes reasonable measures to maintain the availability and security of the service. Temporary interruptions may be required for maintenance, security or force majeure. They do not limit consumers' mandatory rights or the statutory conformity warranty.

Learning advice is general. Customers remain responsible for practising in conditions suited to their health, equipment and environment. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

11. Complaints and mediation

Any complaint must first be sent to contact@at-foosball.fr or by post to 61 avenue de la Cholière, 44700 Orvault, France. We aim to reply within fifteen working days.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. After making a complaint and attempting mediation, consumers may bring a claim before the court with jurisdiction under the applicable rules, including the court for their place of residence where the law permits.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the others remain in force. Failure to exercise a right immediately does not constitute a waiver.
