As at September 2, 2026, the offers shown on this site are for information only: the membership and booking buttons cannot be used to place an order. These terms will apply once payments open, in the version accepted on the date of each order.
1. Scope and application
These terms and conditions govern remote orders placed by consumers with AT FOOSBALL ACADEMY, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS), registered under RCS Nantes 107 562 738, whose registered office is at 61 avenue de la Cholière, 44700 Orvault, France.
They cover the digital training and coaching services offered on at-foosball.fr. Offers for clubs, companies, campuses, partners or event organisers may be subject to a quotation and specific terms, which take precedence over these terms in the event of conflict.
2. Services offered
The essential features, prerequisites, included content, access period, technical compatibility, billing frequency and price of each offer are presented on its page before an order is placed.
- Digital training: personal access to videos, modules, resources, quizzes and progress tools according to the selected plan.
- Coaching: an online or in-person session according to the format, time, venue and terms confirmed before payment.
Pages about Leagues, events, partners or future products do not constitute an offer for sale unless a price, features and an ordering process are expressly provided.
3. Prices
The applicable prices are those displayed when the order is placed, in euros and inclusive of all taxes. Before confirmation, the order summary states the total amount, billing frequency and any additional charges. No unannounced surcharge will be applied.
A price change does not affect a period that has already been paid. For a membership, any change applying at renewal will be communicated in advance with enough time to cancel before it takes effect.
4. Ordering and formation of the contract
- The customer chooses an offer and, where applicable, a billing frequency.
- They review and can correct the order summary.
- They read and expressly accept these terms.
- They confirm using a button that clearly states the obligation to pay.
- A confirmation and contractual information are sent by email on a durable medium.
The contract is formed when payment is accepted and confirmation is sent. AT FOOSBALL ACADEMY may refuse an order for a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud, failed payment or a manifestly abusive request.
The contractual language is French. The contract is retained for as long as needed to perform it and evidence the parties' rights; orders of at least €120 are kept for ten years from delivery or performance. The customer may request a copy from contact@at-foosball.fr.
5. Payment and invoicing
Online payments are processed by Stripe using the methods offered in the payment interface. AT FOOSBALL ACADEMY does not receive full card details. Payment is taken at the time stated in the summary: immediately for a session or first membership period, then at each renewal for a recurring membership.
If a payment fails, access may be suspended after the customer has been informed. An invoice is made available or sent electronically.
6. Access to and delivery of the service
Training access opens after payment is confirmed, subject to any stated technical lead time. It requires a personal account, internet connection and current browser. Login details may not be shared or transferred.
A coaching session is delivered at the confirmed time and under the confirmed arrangements. Any rescheduling or cancellation terms specific to that slot are shown before purchase. If AT Foosball Academy is unable to deliver the session, a new date or refund will be offered.
7. Membership, renewal and cancellation
Unless stated otherwise before purchase, membership has no minimum commitment and renews automatically at the chosen monthly or annual interval. Once sales open, customers may cancel online from their account, or otherwise by emailing contact@at-foosball.fr.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Access remains open until the end of the paid period, without a pro-rata refund, except where the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, the service is defective or the law provides otherwise. Cancellation is confirmed by email.
8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have fourteen days from the date of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. They may use the form at the end of this page or send any unambiguous statement to contact@at-foosball.fr.
If a consumer expressly asks for performance to begin before that period ends, they remain liable on withdrawal for an amount proportionate to the service already supplied. The right is lost only after full performance of a service that began with their express consent and prior acknowledgement of that consequence. For digital content supplied without a physical medium, the statutory exception applies only if supply began with the consumer's express consent and express acknowledgement that the right would be lost.
A leisure service scheduled for a specific date or period may fall within a statutory exception. If a coaching session is affected, this will be made clear before purchase. Otherwise, the right of withdrawal remains available.
Where a refund is due, it will be made no later than fourteen days after receipt of the withdrawal decision, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed and at no charge.
9. Statutory conformity warranty
Consumers benefit from the statutory conformity warranty under Articles L. 224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. For continuous supply, AT Foosball Academy is liable for defects that arise throughout the supply period. For a one-off supply or a series of separate operations, the warranty covers defects arising within two years of supply.
In the event of a defect, the consumer may request conformity free of charge and without undue delay. Where provided by law, they may obtain a price reduction or terminate the contract. These rights apply independently of any commercial guarantee.
To make a claim, contact AT FOOSBALL ACADEMY, 61 avenue de la Cholière, 44700 Orvault, France, contact@at-foosball.fr, +33 6 43 40 06 80.
10. Availability and liability
AT FOOSBALL ACADEMY takes reasonable measures to maintain the availability and security of the service. Temporary interruptions may be required for maintenance, security or force majeure. They do not limit consumers' mandatory rights or the statutory conformity warranty.
Learning advice is general. Customers remain responsible for practising in conditions suited to their health, equipment and environment. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
11. Complaints and mediation
Any complaint must first be sent to contact@at-foosball.fr or by post to 61 avenue de la Cholière, 44700 Orvault, France. We aim to reply within fifteen working days.
AT Foosball Academy must join a consumer mediation service listed by the CECMC. Its name, address and website will be added here and to the ordering process before any consumer sale. No mediator can be named until the company has formally joined the service.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. After making a complaint and attempting mediation, consumers may bring a claim before the court with jurisdiction under the applicable rules, including the court for their place of residence where the law permits.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the others remain in force. Failure to exercise a right immediately does not constitute a waiver.
